With so many applications for 2021 Cattlemen’s Congress, we wanted to pass you some new information.
All requested booth spaces are being placed by requested size to fit the area that we have created.
As we go through the process of planning Cattlemen’s Congress for 2021 we have to be aware of the current health challenges that are affecting many events across the country.
We are planning on a very successful event and will be working diligently to follow current health guidelines.
With as many steps as we are taking, we cannot control the challenges outside of our control.
We have received questions in reference to cancellations and monies that have been paid for trade show vendor spaces.
We have elected to employ the following prorate numbers should we be asked to cancel our event.
Cancellation prior to December 15, 2020
95% return of payment.
Cancellation prior to January 1, 2021
50% return of payment.
No cancellation % will be returned after January 1, 2021
Please be aware, it is our 100% intention to hold 2021 Cattlemen’s Congress in Oklahoma City.
With that being said……. We have placed a date of December the 15, 2021 as a deadline for our trade show booth spaces to be paid in full.
