ADDITIONAL POWER
Our team has been hard at work improving power throughout the barns to enhance your experience at Cattlemen’s Congress. 30 AMP plugs have been installed in multiple barns, with even more to come!
To use these 30 AMP plugs, you’ll need an adapter compatible with most blowers and fans. Make sure to bring a 30 AMP 3-Prong L5-30 plug to connect your equipment.
Additional power is now available in Barns 4, 5, 8, and 9, providing even more convenience for our exhibitors. We’re committed to making your time in OKC as smooth and efficient as possible!
FEED & BEDDING
Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own feed and bedding of choice. Please note that there will be no skid steers or forklifts available to assist with unloading—everything must be unloaded by hand, so pack accordingly.
For added convenience, the fairgrounds offer an on-site feed and bedding store that can deliver feed and bedding directly to your stall.
The feed and bedding store is open 7 AM to 6 PM daily.
Maps & Parking
Parking is completely free, and so is admission for all guests! If you purchased a VIP Parking Pass, designated parking lots are available north of Barn 5 and west of the West Covered Arena for your convenience.
The best way to set up your pens for your tie in cattle!
All stall fronts in the barns feature concrete walls with tie rings. For the best setup, we recommend bringing 2x4s and panels:
- Create a Gap: Place the 2x4s between the panel and the concrete wall to create a gap, allowing you to tie cattle to the panel.
- Secure Panels: Affix your panels to the tie rings on the concrete for added stability.
Please note that Cattlemen’s Congress does not provide 2x4s or panels, so be sure to bring your own materials to ensure your stall is properly set up.
